Season 1 Ep.18 - Denise Ropp - 'I Am Here'

Josh added his thoughts on the cultural shift towards men being more open about their mental health. Denise concluded the discussion by highlighting the need for helpers, including first responders, to also receive support due to the traumatic situations they encounter.
